Thank you for your order. Every FBO Passport is printed on demand specifically for you by our production partner Lulu Direct. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order processing time

All orders are printed and fulfilled by Lulu Direct after your order is placed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be printed, bound, and prepared for shipment. This processing time is separate from your shipping transit time and begins on the next business day after your order is placed.

Personalized orders — those with a custom name printed on the cover — may require an additional 1 to 2 business days for design preparation before entering production.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times and costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are as follows:

United States — 10 to 15 business days

Canada — 5 to 10 business days

United Kingdom and Europe — 7 to 14 business days

Australia and New Zealand — 10 to 16 business days

Rest of world — 10 to 21 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume, local postal service performance, and customs processing in your country.

Total estimated delivery time

Most US customers receive their order within 8 to 12 business days from the date of purchase. International customers should allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This accounts for both production time and shipping transit time.

Order tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect your package status. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Foul Deck Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at contact@fouldeck.com. We will do our best to make corrections before your order enters production but we cannot guarantee changes once printing has begun.

International shipping and customs

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. They are not included in your order total at checkout and Foul Deck Co. cannot predict or reimburse them.

If an international package is refused at customs or returned to sender due to unpaid duties, we are unable to issue a refund for the original shipping cost.

Customs processing can add additional time to your delivery estimate. Foul Deck Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies in any country.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed with no delivery, please contact us at contact@fouldeck.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged items

If your FBO Passport arrives damaged please do not discard the packaging or the item. Photograph the damage clearly and contact us at contact@fouldeck.com within 15 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. We take quality seriously and every book that leaves our production partner should arrive in perfect condition.
